AUGUST 2022 PHYSICAL EDUCATION BLOG

Hello everyone and welcome to Physical Education 2022 at FMS!! This will be anexciting year as we will again take part in our after school league, Valley Athletic Conference, for volleyball, soccer, and basketball. Volleyball is all girls, soccer is co-ed, and basketball is all boys. We did not participate the last two years due to COVID.

Physical Education will be super fun and rewarding, as I will encourage and motivate each child to help build their confidence and self-esteem.

During these hot summer days of August and September, I want to remind students to bring at least one extra water bottle to PE classes. We will be indoors if the temperature is over 100 degrees. Students should wear light colored clothing, hats, and have sunblock if needed. The right athletic shoes should be worn on all PE days. For the safety of your child, no open-toe shoes, sandals, crocs, or boots should be worn on PE days.
